Swinburne Centres Building
New administration / classroom building

Arc3 were engaged by Swinburne University to construct this new administration & classroom building on their Lilydale Campus. The building featured a round void to the main lobby with \highlight windows to create an impressive entrance. The curved theme was continued with a feature wall to the western elevation & associated pathway leading back to the main campus building. A Swinburne University requirement was for all services systems to be connected back to the main campus in Hawthorn using BACNet technology allowing monitoring to be integrated with other buildings within the University portfolio.
