We achieve this by:

• Allocating sufficient resources to conduct extensive pre-planning & design management in order to meet all project delivery requirements.

• Contracting with established and well-resourced subcontractors who will be able to provide sufficient labour to allow us to meet our commitments to timing and quality.

• Utilising our Integrated Management System to monitor all aspects of project progress and report this accurately at regular site meetings; and

• Adopting a collaborative approach to working with the architect and consultants on the project to ensure that as issues arise they are dealt with in a timely and professional manner.
