91 apartments

This was the first in a series of buildings constructed for Village Park Consortium (Frasers Property and Citta Property Group) at their Parkville Precinct. It comprised 91 no. apartments in a building adjoining a low level apartment building which was constructed in-house Australand (now Frasers). As the name suggests these apartments back onto the M2 Citylink freeway and hence careful consideration was required for detailing and installation of the windows for this side of the building to ensure that they provided high acoustic performance.
