Arc3 negotiated this contract and worked diligently with the client to ensure that the Mercedes-Benz World Standards for showrooms were incorporated into the documentation and the building was constructed to meet all these requirements. The site conditions were difficult with the basement being constructed in solid basalt, however Arc3 were able to manage this and expedite steelwork and finishing trades to deliver the job on time.
