Curlew Apartments

This building was the first 3 Level apartment block in a residential court to be granted a planning permit by Manningham Council. With this in mind the Arc3 team planned the construction of the building with the upmost sensitivity to the neighbouring residents in order to minimise the impact of construction works.

In order to blend into the existing streetscape and work with the natural levels of the site the building has a complicated split level design. The Arc3 team carefully planned construction sequencing and delivered the building on time and to exceptional quality.
