The Arc3 project team were involved early in the project documentation and were able to ensure the ‘buildability’ of the structural design. This resulted in a reduced construction timeline and the completed building was handed over a month ahead of the agreed completion date. The building was designed to follow the natural slope of the site and has an articulated façade with different materials used to ‘break-up’ the mass of the façade. This was constructed with meticulous attention to detail and the completed building is a stunning addition to the local streetscape.
