The final configuration of this office building was constructed specifically to meet the requirements of The Salvation Army who have leased the entire building. Being a socially responsible organisation, The Salvation Army were determined to inhabit a green building for their Australian Southern Territorial Headquarters. This building was delivered in 2 stages. The first 5000m2 was occupied and fully operational while the next 2000m2 was constructed and joined in on all levels to the first stage. We were able to successfully manage the demanding task of seamlessly merging the structure and services of the 2 stages, while allowing the occupants of the first stage to work without interruption.
