Construction of 69 apartments on a small site in Carlton was a challenging logistical problem, which was overcome by the construction team with careful planning and management of the subcontractors involved. The façade comprised various feature precast elements which we ensured were meticulously detailed so that works progressed efficiently and the appearance of the façade was seamless as required by the architects, JCB.
