This was the second building delivered for Village Park Consortium (Frasers Property and Citta Property Group) at their Parkville Precinct and our team was able to deliver this efficiently having just finished the neighbouring building and being very familiar with ground conditions and logistics around the local area. Many of the same subcontractors were employed so that lessons learned from the previous stage could be incorporated into the works. The building comprised 15 no. levels with under croft car parking.
