Williamstown Townhouses

This was the second project for AV Jennings at their Waterline Williamstown precinct. This project consisted of 12 no. 3 level town houses. While this is not a typical building typology we construct the town houses required a blast rating due to proximity to fuel storage tanks at the adjacent shipping yard. This necessitated a building methodology requiring our expertise with concrete & precast construction was incorporated into the structural design. We worked closely with Elenberg Fraser to bring their vision for these homes to life.
