These high-quality apartments were completed on a restricted site with many neighbouring properties on the boundary and the busy Whitehorse Road. There were also a number of large established trees which the client wanted to maintain which limited access for site logistics. In order to ensure smooth delivery of the project Arc3 worked carefully with the design team and subcontractors to create a detailed plan on how to access the site, create a lifting and lay-down zone and proceed with construction in a safe and efficient manner. This resulted in delivery of the building on time and without any significant injuries or incidents.
