Comprising 81 apartments in a 13 level building with basement / under croft parking, this was the third project constructed for Village Park Consortium (Frasers Property and Citta Property Group) in the Parkville Precinct. The project team collaborated closely with SJB Architects to deliver this project in a timely manner with a high quality finish. This building adjoins previously completed Freeway & Thrive apartment buildings with all three buildings sharing a decorative perforated metal screen along the freeway elevation.
