Arc3 worked with AV Jennings on an ECI basis in order to complete the design and ensure that the project delivered value for money without compromise to PPR’s, especially quality of finish for the apartments. An early works package was completed for the basement construction and Arc3 worked closely with AVJ to re-design the ground & L1 apartments which were sold to Summer Housing a provider of affordable housing for people living with a disability. These apartments were modified to meet Platinum level certification under Livable Housing Design Guidelines and meet either High Physical Support or Fully Accessible design requirements under the NDIS.
