This project was constructed in the centre of an operating retirement village and a key requirement was to minimise nuisance to the existing residents. We collaborated closely with the village management team to ensure that traffic management for deliveries was strictly controlled.

Another key achievement was working with committees of residents, in conjunction with the client to re-design aspects of the bowling green and outdoor recreation areas to tailor these to suit the exact requirements of the residents.
