Arc3 worked closely with JewishCare to successfully deliver this project ahead of schedule and to a high standard of quality via the introduction of numerous initiatives during the design development phase of the works.

A key quality initiative was Arc3’s use of an off-site “pod’ bathroom system. This resulted in bathrooms of a quality far superior to that which could have been constructed on site and resulted in the project being completed approximately 6 weeks ahead of schedule, despite the end of the job finishing during the COVID-19 pandemic.
