Rosehill Secondary College
Demolition / new buildings

Works at Rosehill Secondary College involved the demolition of the existing Block C and remediation of asbestos-containing soils across the site, followed by construction of a new Block C building comprising a 270-seat auditorium and double-storey specialist classroom wings for Arts, Media, Textiles, Ceramics, Music and Technology. The project also included a new staff car park, access roadway and stairs, along with refurbishment of the Block A classroom building — a later addition to the scope, completed following the Block C works. Throughout construction, the school remained fully operational, with Arc3 carefully managing site logistics and staging to minimise disruption to students and staff.
