Rainbow College
Demolition / new buildings
Arc3 successfully delivered this two-stage project in the remote township of Rainbow, six hours from Melbourne. The remote location demanded rigorous pre-planning, with the project completed ahead of program and to a high standard. The first stage comprised construction of new Science, Information Technology and Visual Communications classroom buildings, including refurbishment of an existing heritage block into new reception, administrative offices and staff work areas. The second stage spanned demolition of the existing school hall to make way for a new COLA, alongside a new amenities building, canteen, and drama/music rooms.
