Our Lady of the Nativity Primary
New Library / Multimedia Centre / Learning Studios

This project was part of the Federal Government BER (Building the Education Revolution) scheme. The Catholic Education Office were able to provide a custom design for this building, rather than a template and this enabled the facility to precisely fit into the school grounds and offer exactly the spaces required. The key challenge was the construction of a large building in the heart of the school campus. Arc3 worked closely with the school community to safely isolate the construction from students and staff and developed safe and efficient access routes around the site. The building was delivered in time and with minimal defects.
