Multi-purpose building

The project involved the construction of an iconic building in the heart of the existing school campus with the intention of providing a focal point for new students and parents entering the school. The architects produced a complex and multi-faceted building façade with striking sculptural elements. The construction team were able to deliver this unique building on time and with minimal disruption to the school community. There were no injuries to any workers; no industrial disputes; and minimal defects to rectify. This was all achieved on time and under budget, with the client receiving a small credit back on the original agreed contract value
